Kim Jong Un issued orders prohibiting military exercises

After his death Kim Jong-il, son of the late North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un was already his first military command. Jong Un, ordered all military units to stop the war exercises and military training on land as well as attract them to their bases. The order was issued only shortly before his father's death was announced Monday, December 19, 2011 and then by state media. as reported by South Korean news agency, Yonhap
From a source in Seoul, until now the South Korean intelligence officials think the younger Kim has not taken full control of the armed forces. "This is an example command that shows Kim Jong-un is fully held the military," said the source, adding that member command signal that he would become the supreme commander of the North Korean military.
Kim Jong-un is currently Vice Chairman of Central Military Commission ruling Korean Workers' Party (kWp), and four-star general rank. It shows a willingness to make Kim Jong-il as the next leader.

But a source close to Pyongyang and Beijing explained, the younger Kim will share power with his uncle, Jang Song-thaek, and the military. This shift in the closed state of the strong leadership of the ruling collective.
